Les Cafés Jeanne d’Arc, c’est l’histoire d’une famille et d’une passion qui torréfie depuis plus de 120 ans avec le même procédé et le même soin  les cafés fins du monde entier.

    Concernant le magasin 7 rue de la république , très bon acceuil, serviable, enfin pour les autres. Pour moi alors qu il y avait personne dans le magasin hormis les trois commerciaux, pas bonjour, planté devant les différentes sortes de thé personne ne vient vers nous. D autres clients arrivent eux ils ontle droit au bbonjour et à ce que l’on s occupe d eux moi je suis de la merde. Arrivé à la caisse toujours pas d amabilité. Dans le coup je suis allé dans le magasin Rue royale. Plus aimable et serviable bref de vrai commerçants qui ne se la joue pas comme dans la rue de la république .

    je suis cliente de votre magasin depuis quelques années maintenant. Le personnel est compétent patient poli à l’écoute de la clientèle. Il n’y a rien à reprocher à aucun de vos employés. On ne change pas une équipe qui gagne.

    J’y vais peu mais à chaque fois, je constate une équipe disponible souriante, serviable, et prête à me conseiller parfaitement sur ce qu’il me faut,
    Mon dernier achat datant de cette semaine.

    et bien moi qui n étais que de passage dans votre ville,je dois reconnaitre avoir apprécié l accueil reçu dans votre boutique.La vendeuse (charmante dame blonde aux yeux bleus gris) m a gentiment conseillée et enseigné l’ art du thé avec patience et courtoisie! Monsieur Philippe devrait aller faire un tour dans d autres régions….
